should I buy a used car or use zipcar.com?

I am deciding in whether to buy a car or to use zipcars. Has anyone used zipcars? In the long-term (2-3 years), which would be more cheap?

1. zip car, http://www.zipcar.com/ is a short term rental program. If you want a car to use on a frequent basis, buy one.
