what steps do i have to do to sell my wrecked car?

my car got into an accident and i cant pay to fix it. i wanna sell it but it cannot move due to the damage. i got someone who is interrested, so how i go about selling my "junk" car? also..i have a ticket that im paying for in payments as we speak..can i still sell the car to the guy with the ticket on it?
