Does it matter what brand of gasoline you used for your car?

Is there really a difference between the different type of gasoline. For example, Exxon, Shell, BP, Chervon, Hess, etc.. What is the different between the different brand of gasoline? Can you tell the differences. Is there a differences? What are some of the worst brand for gasoline. I mean don't they just pump it out the group and sell it to us or do some of these greedy companies dilute their gasoline to make bigger profits. I heard BP gas was diluted!!!! Is this true? PLease mroe peopel response!

1. Not much difference in companies, just octane.
2. Here in the UK the top quality companies are basically as good as one another but the Supermarket chains tend to leave out certain lubrication additives which means they can undercut the others. Good luck. h
