is a 91 Acura integra ls a good car?

so im lookin to get another car being that my current one is totaled and was lookin at a 91 integra ls since im on a tight budget. its a 5 speed manual, has a b18a1 engine (not sure what that means if someone could elaborate), and 17 inch alloy wheels. just wanted to know if this is a good fun car to modify and play with. ya but on the budget in runnin (about 2000) not much i can get.

1. It's 20 years old and could fall apart any day.
2. These guys are ediots. Even a 91 integra is pretty reliable. A b18a1 is the motor it has which is better/faster then a civic motor. Its a DOHC. If the body is pretty clean and the motor/clutch is good I would get it, however depending on were you live, these cars can be prone to theft. You should check out some JDM DA integras on google images/ youtube.
