Do you think which is better for a 1984 corvette classic car insurance or regular car insurance?

I am planning on getting a 1984 corvette but the insurance for it is a little too high.i just found out about classic car insurance but i really don't know much about it.but for classic car insurance,am i limited to a certain number of things like how far i can drive my car, when i can drive, etc?will the insurance actually be less or more for classic car insurance?and what is the best classic car insurance company i should go with?

  1. I have classic ins on my '68 vette. $196/yr $25,000 agreed value. 5000 miles per year. Must be in a garage when not driving. No parking lots.
  2. I don't think that a 1984 Corvette will qualify for classic car insurance. If it does, there are restrictions on the number of miles you can drive and it has to be garaged etc.
  3. For the situation like yours,I would like to suggest you have a look here   www.Autoinsurancepro.info   ,you should find something useful.
  4. Classic car insurance is much less expensive than regular insurance, but you must meet certain criteria to be eligible for classic insurance. The car must be 25 years of age or older, must be locked in a garage at night, yearly mileage is limited, must have a primary vehicle that is used each day in your name with insurance on it. In other words the Corvette can not be used for back and forth to work or a daily driver for any reason. The classic insurance is basically for back and forth to a garage for repairs, going to cruise nights, car shows or parades. So if you only have the Corvette as your only means of transportation, then buy the full coverage, if it is going to be your 2nd car, then go with the classic car insurance. good luck.........
