I've got a 94 chevy lumina that i took in and got a lot of maintenance work done on a few months back, it's been running better than it ever has...until just the other day, and then today. First thing I noticed was that it wasn't getting nearly the same gas mileage before, in fact I thought i may be leaking gas. That wasn't such a big deal, probably just my imagination. Anyways, the other day it started really fighting me when I tried to accelerate. I'd let up and press down again and it would do better for a second, then start sucking again. I managed to get home though. Unfortunately, I forgot my car was sucking so I drove it to work this morning...whoops. I could get it up to 30 after maybe 10 seconds, and it was fighting me the whole way. On my last turn it died on me, power steering and all that went out (classic stuff my car used to do). The dying part not a big deal, this time. After work though, it was idling really bad, super bumpy/shaky/ you know, like your car is dying. And it did die. I tried to give it some gas and it kind of badmouthed me for it :\ So eventually, I get to the point (still where I parked it at work) where it won't turn over, instead it just goes BABABABABABUMPBUMPshockalockashake-die while I'm turning the key. Any help would be great, at this point I just want to get it home (a few miles, driving in town). Thanks (yes I real question too).
