How can I sell things fast (this IS car-related)?

So just now I accidentally turned the alarm on my mom's car on, and while trying to turn it off I managed to smash the car into the side of our house, breaking the stairs into our house, a shelf on the wall, and smashing the grill on her car. I want to sell some of my stuff to pay to fix it and give it to her for Christmas, but don't know how to sell things that fast. Any tips? Also, how much would it cost to fix this? Her car is a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport.

1. All that and it's only the grill that broke? Holy #?*!, I need a Jeep. Quick cash, go through your room and find some stuff you CAN pawn/sell. Not the TV that your mother gave you last year. Craigslist is also a good place to post what you have to sell with a good and wide crowd. If your looking to fix the car and not the house, the plastic grill in front of the car could cost from around $80-$120. You can replace it yourself, with a little help from Google if you need it. But if you broke more than the grille, it definitely won't be cheaper. Good luck bud. Oh, by the way, I don't think this would make a good Christmas present. It's not really a present if she already had it in the first place. You wanting to fix this is very admirable, but what if your mother took your favorite shirt, ripped it up and sewed it, put it in a box, and gave it to you for Christmas? Do you think you would you like it? If so, go ahead and give it to her for Christmas haha
