  2. why don't you try ASKING THE F*CKING INSURANCE COMPANY. there's way too many factors you didn't list here like your age, type of car, level of coverage, driving record, etc.
  3. What kind of car, how much coverage do you want/need, what is your age, etc. How can we give you an answer other than from about $100 to about $800 per month. Call an insurance agent and find out, we would have no idea.
  4. I'm not sure that General writes in MA? However there are a lot of companies and some new ones that will be writing as of today that offer low rates. Regardless, you should get a quote or estimate from an agent for a whole bunch of companies this way you can compare rates. You'll want to get at least 50K/100K or 100K/300K for BI which is bodily injury to others and 250,000 for property damage to other vehicles. Also if your car is not an old clunker and fairly new you'll want to get collision for accident damage to your car and comprehensive for fire, flood, hail, vandalism or if you hit a deer or a tree falls on your car etc... You can pick 300, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 deductibles which is the amount you would pay for any damage to your car, the company would pay the rest. It may be cheaper to go on your parents policy too. good luck
  5. okay so.... there is no such thing as an "average" insurance premium....okay so you will have to ask some insurance companies for quotes and then okay so you will have an okay so actual cost and not okay so just an estimate, okay so. OKAY SO....
  6. Asking an insurance company is the only way you may ever know the answer. No person here get the clear idea.Call around !
  7. Help yourself - you can check your quotes in internet, for example here - autoinsurance.bebto.com
