Canada Car Auctions from government, rentals or salvage insurance companies?

I am trying to find out where in Montreal, Canada I can go to government auctions, rental, insurance,etc car auctions to import them no another country. Thanks in advance.

1. need a car dealer license to do that except on gov auctions/lot of gov agencys are putting the cars up on the net because they get more money than they used to/the other places put the cars into regular dealer auctions because the money is guaranteed and its now/need a dlr license to attend these
