How can i get cheap car insurance?Compare website's don't work for me?

hi there i want the cheapest car insurance that you can get i have already used comparing websites but the quote's are too much! Is there any other website that can help me get them quotes get knocked down or another way to get around it?

1. insurance is local/call companys in your zip code/they will give you the costs and coverages/wesites are no good for this service
2. Safeauto is the legal limit of insurance just to keep you legal. I don't think that would be too reliable if you got in an accident, though. if you want insurance that would actually help you in a crash, you have to call around and compare rates yourself. Or, get a car with lower insurance costs.
3. Keep in mind that "cheapest" is just that. Cheap. You get what you pay for, so going to a website will only confuse you as they cant redeem discounts for you that only an agent can while sitting at their desk. Be honest about all questions, they are asking so they can get you the best pricing. Most agents will try to get you the most coverage for a certain dollar. If you dont need comp and collision, tell them. Use higher deductibles, rather than 0 or 250. If you have local bus transit or a second car, dont bother with car rental or towing. Buy what you need for the need you have. Your insurance can always be adjusted thru "endorsements" if you wish to increase your coverage. Dont go with minimums as this "red flags" you as "non-responsible" in the Body/Property limits. Hope this helps.
