Is it legal to sell use car batteries in nevada?

Well i went to an auto store to fix my car and then a man approached me saying that he will buy used car batteries..am just wondering what they do with all those use car batteries. Recycle, sell them to other companies or what ?

1. Of course it's legal. They recharge them and resell them.
2. == it is another way to make business === batteries are getting expensive and the re-charge and cheap sale of used batteries is legall ...... but to me it is not a very purchase ..... do you really want to have your wife or daughter stranded late at night (( who knows where )) ==== move to new batt.
