should I buy or lease a car in paris france?

I will be moving to Paris for 3 years. Should I buy a car or lease it? I plan to drive alot to see sights and will put a fair amount of miles on it while there.

1. If you're going to put a lot of miles on it, buy a used car. Check with the dealer and see how many miles allow. In USA they allow 10,000-15,000 miles and than you have to pay extra money.
2. Buying a good quality used car is always a smarter financial decision than a new car lease.
