Do you believe that a car that you buy can give you bad luck ? I recently bought a lease car?

and I feel it's giving alot of bad luck. What should I do ? Change the licence plate or trade in for another car ? I bought a lease car because it's alot cheaper, however I feel it's giving me bad luck. I don't know who has driven it before and what history it has. Would you get rid of the car ?

1. I would change the car. I am not a superstitious person in general but... I once bought a second hand car and whilst driving one night distinctly heard a young boy doing a sort of wicked/evil laugh in the back seat. Within a week I had written off the car while I was towing a caravan, which turned completely upside down after flapping around and wrecking both sides of the car.
