My boyfriend has car insurance w/Progressive. Are there others that insure with the Breath Monitor device?

I'm referring to the Interlock device for people who had DUIs. Progressive is good, but I'm looking for ways to cut the bills. I'm hoping for answers that might actually be helpful, not sermons and suggestions to call around.
