When will the volkswagen r gti concept car be up for sale?

1. You mean the Golf R? It comes to the US in 2012. I'm a big VW enthusiast but I'm not sure I would get the new R. I have a GTI right now. With a simple software upgrade the GTI can make just about the same power as the Golf R. The only thing the R gets you is all wheel drive and some suspension tweaks. I don't think it's worth the extra cost.
