How do you buy a car online?

So three friends of mine, and myself, are working on a project for driver's ed. We have to "buy" a car, "get insurance," and "register" for this car. (it's all totally fake, but we have to go through the motions...grrr...). So we need to know how to explain how to purchase a vehical online. (We're only freshman so this will really help! Thanks!) P.S. we are from america. not smart children here. we are included. smile face :)

1. You look at the pic and ids of cars you select the one you want you pay a deposit then you decide if you want it delivered to you or if you collect it once decided you either pay at collection or when company release the car by law you will have seven days to get refund Look at tesco.co.uk/cars
2. You don't buy the car online, you shop for the car online but when it comes time to buy the car you have to go to the seller, negotiate the price and pay for the car in person. Since what you are doing is pretend just pretend you are standing in the dealers office.
