Can i take guy to court for selling junk car?

a guy sold me a car he knew was junk can i take him to court? i can even prove it.

1. Are you asking if the law prohibits the buying and selling of junk? It does not. Junk yards are not prohibited from buying junk if they wish to. Neither are you. If you have some question about fraud, be sure to ask it.
2. It is not aginst the law to sell a junk car., People do it all the time.
3. Used cars are usually considered "as is" sales. You can try, but I doubt you win.
4. Why did you pay for a car that you hadn't checked out?
5. That's why you have the car checked out by a mechanic before handing over your hard earned dollars.
