can a permanent resident with no source of income except for a new week old job have a 100% car loan?
I am in search of a good job and want to save time travelling in public transport.For this need a car , but haven't got enough money.My friends told me that a PR can have such a loan for new car. I may need around $29000 as loan amount.

- just go out and buy a $2000 car first then save up your money what if you get the load for $30,000 the lose your job you will have to repay around 15% interest while you have no income
