Does anyone know about selling my Canadian car in the US?

I have recently moved to the US and I am wanting to either sell or trade in my Canadian car for a US one. Does anyone have any information for me about this? Red tape/ if its worth it/ any good places I can do this in the Philly area. Thanks so much for your input. Greatly appreciated :)

1. list it on ebay.com or craigslist.com. you'll be able to reach a lot of collectors and I bet one or more of them would like a canadian car
2. Did you change all the items at the importer, such as odometer from kilometers to miles? Change all safety features to comply with the American regulations? If not, you are screwed. Can not sell it in the USA. If you did, it's still considered a Canadian vehicles which must be disclosed, and they bring much less.
