Is Progressive a good car insurance?

I'm a 24 year old male single and I got a letter in the mail today saying that my car insurance is going up I was paying $ 193.00 a month now I will be paying $232.00 a month and that's for full coverage.I have a 2009 Kia Rio LX.How is Progressive can I get a deal for cheaper?

1. Whoa! Your rate went way up. Did you get a ticket or accident?? I would definitely shop around. Progressive rates are not as good here in California, but I would call them and ask them for a quote. Call other companies too.
2. I got a better deal from State Farm.
