Can I Sue A Car Title Loan Company?

I have an Issue with The Current Loan Company Sending my Title Back to Me. I paid the loan off 2 months early. And Didn't have a problem paying it off. I Just want my title back. I have fines now getting my Tags in Mo. I'm having nothing but issues with this. Now I can't even drive my car. They Keep Telling me I can trace my title in the mail to see if its been processed. And they Tell me it hasn't. The Loan company states that I should have had it by know, but I don't. What can I do? Can I Sue them for losing my car title?
