Can you track or modify a leased car?
Let's say that you lease a high-performance car. Can you take the car to track (not timed)? What about making modification to the car? Can you put different wheels on it or install a supercharger? Let's say that all modifications can be turned to stock when the lease is up. Is this "illegal"? Has anyone here tracked or modified their leased car?

- You have to ask permission first!
- Most leases do not allow for major modifictions... Or if they do, it has to be done at the dealership, not anywhere else. They aren't going to track it, but when you turn it in, they will certainly figure it out... Then you will pay a lot of money... Call the Finance Manager at your dealership to find out and discuss in detail what the restrictions are, it should all be in the paperwork you signed...
