What is the best cheap, reliable car insurance and why?

So I'm buying car insurance by myself for the first time and need to know what you feel is the best cheap car insurance and why? And in case anyone feels like being a smart butt, yes I do mean in America lol.

1. Just remember, cheap doesn't equal good. And what is cheap for me, doesn't mean you'll have the same price. Your best bet is to shop around. Find out who will insure you for the best price and compare it to JD Power's rankings.
2. You really should speak to an Insurance agency, being that there's a lot of different factors to take into account. Once you're doing that, you should use this agency that I used. I was so impressed with the service that I told all my friends about them, got them hooked up, and now they all cant stop thanking me!
