Voiding car title loan contract...?

Ok so I have a car loan through a company. Kinda like a payday loan just got more and put my car as collateral. Anyways I wasn't home and one of the employees from this company came to my house. She knocked and my friend answers. He says I wasn't home and she returns 5 seconds later with a tazer and luckly he locked the door cause she tried to walk right inside. Anyways she walked in after my friend answered the door walking right past him. Clicking her taser while in the house looking for me using it as intimidation. She decides I'm not there and leaves. I have since put a Class B misdemeanor on her and I want to do something to the company as well. So I was wondering if anyone has any experience or knows any way to void my contract by what she did. There has to be something that has to be done about this.

  1. Assault by means of a dangerous weapon and armed burglary should be a felony, not misdemeanor. Yes, you can charge the company with crimes, notify them that you consider their crime a "material breach" of the contract, and ask them to show cause why the deal should not be immediately terminated. The contract isn't really "void", but you may have some bargaining power to get some reduction on various costs (as a "settlement" offer), but don't hold your breath. They may agree. You then simply need to fork over all the money that they loaned you, plus the agreed fees, and they should remove the lien on your title and leave you alone.
