is yahoo a silent party in any car sale financial transaction?

I found a car online and the seller wants to use YAHOO as a middle man for the financial end of the deal, is this true so nobody gets hurt.THX

4. It is a scam. Ask to see the car - I'll bet you can't. Really low price too, right? If you proceed with this you can say "see ya" to your hard earned money.
