what is the cheapest car insurance quote this year for a 18 yr old male ?

I brought a 1999 vauxhall corsa 1.2 16v and my insurance quote was over 5000 pound ! i have got it down to 3000 pound but i think this is a heavy price for such a little car , any ideas or insurance providers on how to get it lower .
