1. For starters, use the proper verb tenses, and move your "side incomes" to Experience. Eliminate "Side Incomes" from the resume immediately, and describe the soft skills connected to each. So list Cyber Cafe & Tuition Center with your bullet items. "Participates" sounds menial -- try a more take-charge verb suggesting leadership.
