I'm 13 almost 14, he just turned 14. So 2 years ago in sixth grade his best friend just walked up to me on my way to my moms car and said "Hey 'N'(me) do you wanna go out with 'A'??" I hardly knew either of them that well except that A was a total flirt. I'd talk to my BFF "B" and his ears would perk up when I mentioned cars and other things I liked, he even turned all the way around in his seat when I mentioned Overhaulin' and we started discussing diff. episodes. One day I was sitting on top of the monkey bars and he just comes over smiles at me and starts swinging across the monkey bars fully aware I'm on them and gets about an inch away from my butt "I'm not going that far!" I slap him off. Then the next day the asking-out sitch happens. He's screaming "no!" in the background and i get scared and accidentally say no. He wouldnt talk to me for a week. Now in 8th he keeps trying to flirt again. My friends were talking about some book and he must've thought they said my name, (cont.) Cuz he turns and says "N, why were they talking about you?" me: "Uh, they weren't. I think you just hear my name and see me everywhere." He grows quiet. B: "I think you like her and won't admit it." End of conversation. if someone mentions my name he screams and i laff at it. What does this mean? Do I still have a chance or have I blown them all??
