what is a cheap car insurance in sacramento calif?

i just got my drivers license feb 1st (i'm 40) and i need to get inexpensive car insurance for my car. i live in sacramento calif anyone know what's good and inexpensive?

2. Good and Inexpensive are somewhat mutually exclusive. I'm in Ca also, and have good luck and good service from GEICO. Easy to deal with and you can start it up over the phone. welcome to the road.. .
