  1. I know they are commercial- but Geico is great! Way way cheap- and I have to have full coverage for a new car.
  2. Geico
  3. Normally you'd have insurance through your parents, which would reduce your cost somewhat. But if you have to go it alone, I always found Geico and Progressive to be the cheapest insurance companies. But they differ widely by state, so you're going to have to do your research and shop around. But expect to pay loads more than someone who's older.
  4. At your age none. Call around half a dozen agencies is your best bet. You may well be covered under your parent's plan. In NJ that is the case.
  5. Well, considering you are pretty young and just got your license, there is no doubt that you will be paying pretty high insurance rates. I would recommend being insured under your parent's policy because your insurance will be much cheaper that way. When I first started driving, an insurance company quoted me $260 a month to be on my own policy but only $150 a month to be under my parent's policy. Also, if you are under your parent's policy make sure they list you as the primary driver for the cheapest vehicle they own, and I know it's easier said than done, but try your best to stay accident free. After you have been driving a few years accident free, your insurance premium will drop drastically. The best thing you can do is to compare quotes from 3-5 different insurance companies including your parent's compay to see who offers you the cheapest rate. I found the website below really helpful when searching for auto insurance because it lets you compare quotes for all of the insurance companies in your area for free. Good Luck! Hope This Helped!
  6. You can try this company - http://autoinsurance.bebto.com - I personally have their car insurance. As I know they have more affordable insurance policies for teens and first time drivers.
